Performance and correctness fixes.

  • Eliminated an intermittent ~4 second delay when launching Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Vivaldi — Bouncer now keeps the macOS code-signature cache warm in the background
  • Fixed a rule priority bug where a URL could match a lower-priority rule before a higher-priority one targeting the same domain
  • Faster resolution of short URLs (bit.ly, t.co, etc.) by reusing a single connection across redirects
  • Fresh installs now start with an empty rule list instead of pre-populated defaults
