Keep Bouncer up to date

Bouncer checks for updates on its own. The first automatic check runs 10 minutes after launch. So it never slows down your first links.

Check for an update now

Section titled “Check for an update now”
  1. Click the Bouncer icon in the menu bar.
  2. Click Check for Updates…. Bouncer tells you whether an update is available.

A manual check does not wait for the 10 minutes. You can run it right after launch.

Install a waiting update

Section titled “Install a waiting update”

When an update is waiting, the menu shows an extra item above Check for Updates…. It reads Update Available — v… and shows the new version number. Click it to start the update.
