Webmail compose addresses

When a rule or the fallback email client sends an email link to webmail, Bouncer opens the provider’s compose address in a browser.

ProviderCompose addressCc and bcc
Gmailmail.google.com/mail/Yes
Outlookoutlook.office.com/mail/deeplink/composeNo
Yahoo Mailcompose.mail.yahoo.com/Yes
Fastmailapp.fastmail.com/mail/composeYes
Proton Mailmail.proton.me/u/0/composeNo
AOL Mailmail.aol.com/d/compose/Yes

Bouncer adds the to address, the subject, and the body to the compose address. It adds cc and bcc only where the table says Yes. Empty parts are left out.

The Proton Mail address always opens the first account signed in to that browser. That is what /u/0/ means.
