Send a bug report or a feature request from the menu bar. Bouncer sends it only when you click Submit.

  1. Click the Bouncer icon in the menu bar.
  2. Click Send Feedback…. The Send Feedback window opens.
  3. Click Bug Report or Feature Request.
  4. Enter a short summary in Title.
  5. Enter what happened and what you expected in Description.
  6. If you want a reply, enter your address in Email (optional).
  7. Leave Include system information on. It is on by default.
  8. Click Submit. The button is dimmed until Title and Description are filled in.

The window reads “Thank you for your feedback!” and closes on its own.

If Bouncer cannot reach the server, the window reads “Unable to reach the server. Check your internet connection and try again.” Check your connection and click Submit again.
