Every default on this page is also listed in Default settings.

Help text under the rows:

  • Skip routing for local addresses “Local addresses open in your fallback browser, bypassing all rules”
  • Enable private window routing “When enabled, rules can optionally open links in a private or incognito window.”
  • Remove tracking parameters “All links that pass through Bouncer will have tracking parameters removed from the URL”

The help text under Log Level: reads “Off keeps nothing on disk. Links are not shown in the Activity tab and are forgotten when Bouncer quits.”

Choosing Off deletes the routing log file at once. Activity shows nothing while Off is chosen. It shows the Activity Logging Is Off state, with a Turn On Logging button that sets Log Level: back to Minimal. See Activity states.

Bouncer has 221 built-in tracking parameters. Every name, grouped by source, and the Tracking Parameters sheet are described in Tracking parameters.
