Customize the browser picker layout
Change what the browser picker shows and in what order. The layout editor opens from Settings > General. Nothing changes until you click Save.
- Open Settings > General.
- Click Customize Layout…. The Customize Browser Picker window opens.
- Change the controls described below.
- Click Save. Or click Cancel to keep the old layout.
List or grid
Section titled “List or grid”Choose List or Grid under Mode:. Default: List.
A list scrolls when it is long. A grid shows large icons in fixed rows. Each mode keeps its own order and shortcuts, so you can switch without losing either.
Grid size
Section titled “Grid size”Choose a size under Grid Size:. This control appears only in grid mode. Default: 4×2.
The sizes are 2×2, 3×2, 3×3, 4×2, 4×3, 4×4, and 5×3. A grid holds only as many entries as it has cells. A 2×2 grid uses the largest icons.
The Browsers and Profiles list on the left shows every browser and profile Bouncer found. The caption reads “Drag the browsers and profiles you want displayed to the Browser Picker pane”.
Drag an entry into the picker pane to add it. Drag entries within the pane to reorder them. In grid mode this is always the order shown. In list mode it applies when Sort: is Custom.
Sort and limit
Section titled “Sort and limit”In list mode, choose an order under Sort:. Default: Most Recent.

With Most Recent, a Limit: menu appears. Choose All, 3, 5, or 10. Default: 5.
One-key shortcuts
Section titled “One-key shortcuts”Each entry can have one key. Select an entry in the picker pane, then click the field in the Keyboard Shortcut panel. The panel reads Select an item until you select one.
Press one key, a–z or 0–9. Press Escape to cancel. Press Delete to clear the key. You can also right-click the field and click Remove Shortcut. If another entry already uses that key, the key moves to the new entry.
Show the link
Section titled “Show the link”Turn Show URL: on to show the link at the top of the picker. Default: on.
Bypass Bouncer button
Section titled “Bypass Bouncer button”Choose where the Bypass Bouncer row sits under Bypass Button:. Default: Bottom.
